Customer satisfaction is very important to our company. If you are not happy with the item and it is within 30 days, please feel free to ship it back for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

Refund Process
As a small business we try to provide you with the most accurate and effective refund process. It may take 2-3 weeks from the shipping date to accredit your refund back. Depending on your bank it could take 3-5 business days to see the refund appear on your billing statement.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
We're excited for you to receive your order! Our team takes great care in packing and shipping each order promptly. Our regular Ground Shipping service operates from Monday to Friday, and orders received by noon Eastern time will typically be shipped out on the same day if possible. However, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped as this is our normal processing timeframe. Once your order is out the door, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can stay up to date on its progress and delivery.
If you selected expedited shipping - Your order must be placed by 11:00 am Eastern time in order to guarantee shipping on the same day.
